vendestia a.k.a. jeroen engelen (the netherlands, b. 1990)
was born as a curious imaginative kid with the potential
to become a great artist one day.

driven by cartoons, fairy tales, computer games and
the galaxy, his fate was given shape.

he started out as a graphic design student at
niekée roermond in 2005. his interest in the digital world grew.
in 2007 jeroen continued his studies at sintlucas in boxtel to
become a well trained media designer.
He even got the honor to work with his idol lady gaga for one day.
within 4 years he managed to graduate and
decided to take another road.

today vendestia works as a freelance illustrator,
media designer and visual artist. his strong love for color use and
aesthetic way of portraying identity define vendestia's signature.
strongly committed to his own artistry he developed his talent
and continues to fulfill his dreams.
